Thyme

Thyme, a very versatile herb, can be used to bring so many dishes to life that you will soon find it hard to cook without having it handy!  From sauces to soups and even cookies, whole thyme adds a nutritious burst of flavor that will have family and friends begging for more.  Whole thyme can bring a rack of lamb to life. Thyme can be cooked longer than most herbs, a quality that makes it great for pot roasts. Its flavor is especially complementary when combined in a food processor with salt, pepper, onion and maple syrup to create an excellent rub.
