How To Use

Stovetop for 4 Servings: In a saucepan, bring 4 cups (1 L) of water to a boil. Add 2 cups (500 ml) of oats. Return to boil. Reduce heat and simmer. Cook uncovered for 3 to 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add 1/4 tsp salt (optional).

Microwave for 1 Serving: In a microwaveable bowl, add 1 cup (250 ml) of water and 1/2 cup (125 ml) of oats. Microwave on high for 60 to 90 seconds.
