Couscous is a delectable tiny pasta-like grain. Use couscous in meals instead of potatoes, pasta or rice.
Durum wheat semolina.
Contains wheat. May contain nuts.
Bring 1 cup (250 ml)of salted water or broth to a boil. Add 1 cup (190 g) couscous and stir. Cover. Remove from heat and let stand for five minutes. Stir to fluff up. Serve warm.
