Cornmeal is a meal ground from dried maize. It is a common staple food, and is ground to fine, medium, and coarse consistencies, but not as fine as wheat flour.

How to Use

4 cups Water 1 tsp Salt 1 cup Corn Meal Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and cook an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Yield: Five 1 cup servings.
