Oat bran is made from de-hulled oats and finely ground. Cook oat bran on the stove into delicious a hot cereal. Oat bran is also a healthful addition to baked goods like muffins or in smoothies. This wholesome grain is a great source of protein, fiber and iron.

How to Use

1 cup (250 ml) Water 1/3 cup (40 g) Oat bran cereal Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add oat bran, stirring briskly with a fork or wire whisk to avoid lumps. Cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve hot. Makes 1 serving.
